Work that tricep area for a good five minutes, use a timer if you have to. You don’t need to be standing up to do it, I actually recommend to my clients they do it while seated and watching television, because I find when their mind is off of it they’ll inadvertently go far past the five minute mark before switching arms (which happens to be good).
Deal with the entire area as if you’re making Italian pasta or pizza dough, I want you to really get after it!
Once you’ve carried this out for at least five minutes go ahead and swap arms and duplicate the process entirely.
