If there is one general skill that trumps all others for people who are able to find and maintain a healthy weight over the long term, it may surprise you that it is not the will to push yourself to exercise or the will power to eat less.

When you can see what food is, you are in total control. You can eat out and choose your meal combinations in a way that don’t destroy what you are trying to do. You can eat large quantities of food and as long as it is in the right category you need not worry about overeating. Your body is pre-programmed to digest and process this type of food. On the other hand, if you eat even very small amounts of canned or packaged foods that are so prevalent at the super market these days, this can turn to fat quicker. The quantity doesn’t really matter.
So you can see how important this is. When you buy Six Week Body Makeover, you will become better at recognition almost by default. This to me is the great advantage of the program. This is true of any workout regimen. If they don’t give you the gift of knowing exactly what to eat and hopefully show you the difference between food and non-food, it probably isn’t worth your money. With this knowledge, your fitness life will be totally transformed. Think about whether the factory altered the character of the food before you eat it. If that is the case, don’t eat it.
