Weight Loss For The Modern Woman Part 1

Weight loss and the woman of today are like two seperate sides of the same coin. On one side you have the modern woman and on the other side you have weight loss. So how does the modern woman lose weight. Well one thing is for sure, the modern woman does have alot on her plate. She has children , she has husband, she has career. These three elements of her life take up alot of her time, perhaps maybe all of her time. But unfortunately with so much time being spent on family and career, what time does the modern woman have for herself? Well the answer to that is not alot i'm afraid, so she has to find a way to make time for herself, so that she can focus on her mission of losing those extra pounds that seem to come automatically with family, career, and husband.

First things first, as a modern woman you must realise that you are a human being first and foremost. This is something you should imprint on your brain, unfortunately you are not superhuman as some may expect. O.k so we have now got that out of the way, let's concentrate on a gameplan (to help us lose weight). Time is the first part of the gameplan we need to consider , the question is how much time can you squeze out of your busy lifestyle for yourself. Well to be honest i would say you must give yourself at least 2 hours of time to yourself, this is very important. Time for yourself is like a breath of fresh air when one needs it most. So get at least 2 hours of daily time for yourself, whether it be 4, 30 minute slots or 2, 1 hour slots, or even a single 2 hour slot you must make this much time for yourself.

The gameplan, let's now start on the gameplan itself. Well we have freed up 2 hours of our day for our self, so what do we do now. Well the first thing is we must make a list of everything we eat on a daily basis. We must write down what we eat when we eat it and how much calories this particular item of food contains. Writing this list of food consumption and calories intake is very important, because when this is done, the list will show us exactly how much calories we take in on a daily basis and from that we can deduce whether we need to adjust our food intake or not as may be the case.

Right, now that we have the list in place, we know what we are eating, when we are eating and how much we are eating. from this list we should be able to draw up a picture of what our daily eating habit is like, and from this picture we can gather that, perhaps it is time to change our eating habbits, to a more healthier diet.
