Men usually choose to wear trunks only in order for them to show their built physique. The real reason why body builders bulk up fast is because of the food they are eating. Protein rich foods and carbohydrates make you bulky. Some body builders or even those who tries to lose weight gets bulky because the more muscles they build the more their bodies require food thus making you eat more. So body builders tend to watch also what they eat in order to avoid wasting their efforts.
So now that you know the truth about getting six packs, you might wonder how those people that you admire got theirs. Simple, they have trained and trained and trained for years. They have the discipline to follow those routines and steps every day. They have made some sacrifices, their patience has been tested and their determination has been awarded.

Knowing how one does that would make you admire that person even more. It just shows how a strong determination can get you through. Planning to have a six pack abs?
