Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton recently walked down the red carpet showing off his new physique. If you compare the before and after photos, you can see an amazing difference. He claims to have lost 70-80 pounds. Some are speculating that he had surgery done, however, he denies those claims and gives credit to diet and exercise.
The keys to losing weight are exactly that, diet and exercise. There are people out there who expect to get the results they want overnight. That's just not going to happen, it takes some time and hard work to get there, but, it's worth it in the long run. Not only will you look better but you will feel better.
You will feel better physically because you will be healthy. It has been stated that a person being overweight and their eating habits increase their risk for cancer as well as numerous other things such as heart disease. I don't know about you but I don't want to become one of those statistics.
You will also feel better about yourself. There's nothing like looking in the mirror and being happy with what you see there staring back at you. It makes you feel good about yourself, not only because of the way you look but because the effort you had to put in to get there. Not to mention the ego booster it is when other people begin complimenting you. That lets you know that others see the results of the hard work that you are putting in to bettering yourself.
There is absolutely no reason why you can't get the physique that you want to have. All that is standing in your way is excuses. You have a million different reasons why you don't start losing weight but what it truly amounts to is that it takes work and you don't want to add more work to what you already have to do on a daily basis. Is that about right? I'm about sure it is. I went through the same thing, and even now, there are days when I just don't feel like doing it. That's when your determination and will power come into play.
If Perez Hilton can lose that much weight, why can't you? Yeah he probably paid personal trainers and nutritionists to help him get there. That shouldn't stand in your way of losing weight and getting the body that you want. There are those out there that will help you get there without charging you an arm and a leg. Losing weight and getting healthy is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Just think of all the benefits that will result from you losing weight and being happy with yourself. Every area of your life will improve just by you felling better about yourself. You owe it to yourself to be happy.
