Lose Weight Fast Without Exercise

Can you lose weight without exercise? Yes of course you can and it doesn't have to be the long, tedious journey that you would expect! Losing weight without exercise can be easy by juicing, I should know because I did it myself! I lost 1 pound per day, everyday.

Although it is easy to lose weight fast without exercise, you will still need willpower to make sure you do not consume anything other than juices and water throughout the day however, rest assured you will not need to lift a finger to lose weight quickly without exercise.

What Is Juicing?

Juicing is a diet of raw vegetables and fruit which is passed through a centrifugal juicer to extract the juice. Filtered water can also be consumed or added to juices. The pulp that is separated from the juice once it has passed through the juicer is discarded.

Balance of Fruit & Veg

The ratio of fruit and veg to be used in a day is 20% fruit and 80% veg. The reason less fruit is used is because it has high levels of natural sugar which will slow down your weight loss. i used to have one fruit juice in the morning and for the rest of the day I would have vegetable juices, however sometimes I would have 20/80% for every juice. It is entirely up to you how you want to do it.

How To Do It

First decide how long you want to juice for, this could be 3 days, 10 days or 60 days. If you are juicing for more than 30 days, it is recommended that you seek medical advice beforehand. This is my no exercise weight loss plan which I followed for 14 days:

How Many Juices To Have Per Day

You need to make between 2 and 3, 1 litre sized juices per day. You may require more, you may require less. Listen to your own body and make enough so that you don't feel hungry throughout the day.

When To Make Them

Making your juices fresh each day is the ideal situation. The longer they are exposed to heat and oxygen, the more nutrients are destroyed therefore, the sooner you drink your juices, the less nutrients will be destroyed. You have two days in which to drink your juices, any longer than this and your juices will start to turn bad and could cause you stomach upsets.

How To Store

Store your juices in either glass jars or BPA free plastic bottles. I made juices to supply me for two days at a time and I stored them in airtight containers (I used both glass jars and plastic bottles) which were refrigerated as soon as I had made them. Juices can also be frozen however the freezing process can also destroy some nutrients.

Top Tip

Lemon and limes act as a natural preservatives. If you are making juices for a couple of days, as I did, then add either a lemon or lime to the mix to help your juices stay fresh for longer. Adding them to vegetable juices can also help mask strong flavours and make your juices more desirable. Apples are also good at masking strong flavours.

Exercise

Of course there is nothing to say you can't exercise whilst juicing, in fact you will lose more weight if you do, however you will still lose weight fast without exercise just by juicing. Happy days!
