Losing weight can seem like a complicated process, there are thousands of diets from "experts" out there that all claim to be the best around. By filling you up oats will keep you from consuming more food, keep your calories low, and help you burn fat.
3. Pine Nuts -
Pine nuts are an amazing addition to your diet. If you aren't eating them, you should start now. They increase levels of the hormone grehlin. Grehlin helps curb your appetite, and makes you feel more full. According to studies done in Korea it can also keep your body from forming belly fat.
4. Eggs -
Eggs are an amazing addition to your diet, if you're trying to keep your calories low but you want a lot of protein, eggs are the perfect solution. Eggs are especially one of the best foods to add to your breakfast, as they give you a lot of energy, without providing too many calories.
5. Celery -
Celery is the leader of fat burning foods, ask any wrestler and they'll tell you all about how amazing it is. You see, you burn just as many calories eating celery as it gives you. A lot of people try to put cream cheese on celery in order to make it taste better, but this gets rid of the whole point of eating it. If you really have to have something on your celery just put some fat free cottage cheese on it.
By eating celery whenever you feel hungry, but it isn't time for your meal, or you have already hit your calories for the day, you will provide your body with something to eat, without gaining any weight. Celery really is an amazing food.
