Substitute water for all drinks including diet sodas, tea and coffee and that is yet more calories you have cut from your daily intake. Next tackle your portion size. It is estimated we eat a third more at every meal than they did two generations ago yet we do less than half of the physical activity our grandparents did. So try serving your meals on smaller plates and don't go back for seconds!
