I really hate to be blunt, but are you fat? Have you just given up and decided that whatever you have to do is not worth the effort to take off the weight and regain your life. You know what? You are wrong. Why do I think you're wrong. I have my troubles, weight is one of them that I have struggled with before, but I am working to conquer it. It may take me a while but I will conquer it.

Have you made friends in your lifetime. Stupid question. I can say that there are not very many people that have not made a friend or two in their lifetime. I can also say many people would be surprised to find that if asked many others would say they were your friend even if you didn't know it. To me that is one big reason that it is worth every effort you can muster to lose the weight and be able to make this life that we are given something to remember.

Are you fat? You are not alone. You have probably tried halfheartedly to find a way to lose the weight. You might have stuck to a diet for a couple of days, a week, or even a month. But you need to take this more seriously. You need to get on a great program like Strip That Fat.

I've lost some weight, but I'm committed to keep at it until I get to where I want to be.
