This is an on going topic for men how to lose belly fat in men. Let me start out by relating this story. Today is Friday my husband and I went to a local store to get supplies for our swimming pool. While we were checking out of the store he grabs a peps soda pop. I do not say anything to him, I am not one of those nagging wives that always tell their husbands what to do. (It works for us) Keep in mind my husband is always telling me that he wants to lose his belly fat that he has. I hear his desire of this on multiple occasions through out the week. We continue to our car and he say's to me "I will be back on my diet come Monday Morning"
Well, that is the story of my husband he exercises and eats healthy four days out of the week. I am learning that a lot of men do that. Their commitment to diet is more on a short term emotion as apposed to a long term logic. Some men can get away with it when they reach the point of maintenance for their body's. However, for most men that have belly fat he can not do that. So heed to the following words in the following paragraphs.
Step #1
Do not procrastinate your diet any longer- This is one of the most common challenges with men. They are always going to start a diet next week or at the end of the week or at the beginning of the week. Look, if your really going to do it, do it right now. Not tonight and not tomorrow I mean, stop kidding yourself you know your just procrastinating it to put if off again.
Step #2
Stay on the program you chose- So you make it a full and complete 7 days on your new weight loss program, Most men think that by doing that they deserve some type of reward. So what do they choose a their reward. Usually a food item that is not on their program. But they justify it by saying "it is okay I deserve it I lost 5 pounds this week. Well that would probably be okay if they could just refrain themselves to that one item. But, they do not they can not stop there and they go back for seconds and then later in the day they want more. The item they ate earlier sparked that craving in them. Now it is hard to put on the brakes.
Step #3
Create accountability- Come on most men hate accountability. They like to be free and control their own world not let others dictate what they are going to do. However. if you are going to lose the belly and all the other fat on your body you have to have an accountability system. I suggest get a partner, join a club, write down you daily tasks, help someone else become more healthy and most importantly share with others what you want to accomplish.
Look these are just some basics steps that will help you implement how to lose belly fat in men. Men have it a bit easier than women. We all know that they lose that fat much easier, but they struggle with another challenge. The challenge to not let emotion become such a dictator in the process. How to lose belly fat in men is and will be a struggle but apply the little secrets that make the big differences and you will find success. A lot of people are doing it, so why not you?
