The body will repair itself with the extra nutrients that you are feeding it. Your body will start a process of detoxification since it is not focused on digesting the foods that you are putting into it. You will also feel like you have more energy because the nutrients are quickly being assimilated into your bloodstream because the body does not need to break down the fiber to get to them. Juicing does wonderful things for your body.
