Let’s be real here. Most people who are looking for a diet plan want to learn how to lose weight quickly. If you are one of these people you may find yourself turning to restricted calorie, low or non-fat, or some other gimmicky, impossible-to-sustain-long-term diet. Some of you may, in desperation, turn to pills or starvation diets to get the pounds off as soon as possible. I know this feeling. Trust me, I’ve been there and I have tried many of these diets and plans.
Unfortunately, like many of you, I had one of two experiences with these types of diets. Or, they force your body into starvation mode and yes, the pounds come off but eventually, you will either starve, or gain all the weight back once you start eating normally.
So, when you are thinking about how to lose weight quickly, you will want to make a list of what you need before you even start looking for a product. And be smart about it. Look to your future. Do you want to be doing a crash diet every few months? Do you want to spend hundreds of dollars every month on special food? Do you want to completely change all your habits and comforts? Probably not.

You’re probably going, well geez, good luck. I know, I know.
