As you can see there are numerous benefits for using Tai Chi for losing weight, not only will you lose weight, you’ll also fell fitter and healthier. The benefits sure outweighs the negatives. This is an excellent form of exercise for those of you who have injuries or arthritis or some other ailment that’s stopping you from doing other forms of exercise.
