Consistency

You are not going to lose that stubborn stomach fat by eating healthy and exercising for a week or two, for a couple of days or for a couple of weeks here and there. You have to commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise .You must develop a habit of healthy eating and doing exercise regularly.
