In 2013 , the paleo diet gained much popularity and easily became the most famous diet. Although , to this date there is much controversy among those in the health profession. There's still among many some say it gives awesome results while other don't seem to accept it.
In this article I take a dive in and give my objective overview on the this intriguing diet. Without wasting a second more let's begin.
This diet is based on the fact if our ancestors were known for predominantly eating foods they hunted and found. The results from this is they seemed to be very fit and were well off since there isn't much evidence of diseases they had.
What Is Suggested ?
It installs that we need to get back to eating raw animal and plants , anything from fish , meats , vegetables ,nuts , fruits . In todays age we tend to eat way to much sugar , diary , and grain food although there is the alternative version which is more conservative. For the sole purpose to see if works or not we're going to concentrate on the original diet.
