The answer is ... is really no .. All weight loss programs are not created equal. And the reason is really quite simple.
Just as we are all different, our age, height, size, shape, metabolism, goals, and lifestyle, as well as the differences between all the available weight loss programs. And there has to be, because programs have different goals in mind ... different objectives to meet their unique goals.
Some programs are about quick results ... lose 10 pounds in 10 days, or a total loss of 3 inches off your waist, hips or thighs (or all three), or fitting into your summer swimsuit, or dropping a dress size in 48 hours of your best friend's wedding!
Some programs are about medium-term goal to lose 50 pounds over the next six months, or a total loss of only 20 pounds and keep it off for a while ... and some programs on the long-term life-changing healthy life decisions. These long-term plans are more concerned with making sure that you will lose all the weight you need to plan and in a healthy manner, and that the changes you make changes to your long term health. Thus, the program, we are all different, have different goals and achieve different results.
For each of us, with your specific health purposes is a separate group of potential applications. For example you may be better off with a Diet # 1, but I may be better off with a Diet # 2, and our friends will want to diet to # 3. It all depends on where we are in our weight loss and lifestyle at a time when we are looking for, and we therefore decide our priorities weight.
So our personal health goals is what determines the plan sort should look for. If we try hypnotherapy or hypnotism, weight, or body wrap, or in supplements? How important is exercise will be our weight loss program? Is carefully structured diet to help or should we try pills, patch or potion? Do we want healthy and natural products? What is it that is important to us when we choose foods?
Our final choice of program depends on what we are trying to achieve, depending on what weight loss program will provide, and we have to match them with the most success. Weight loss programs are not all created equal, and it is really fantastic ... because it gives us what we all need and appreciate ... freedom of choice.
While this can be very dangerous if not controlled, weight loss diets are really quite helpful and sometimes even necessary, to improve a person's overall health. Challenging overweight people are at greater risk of sustaining health problems such as high blood pressure, stroke and heart attack. In such cases, a person has to lose some weight and increase fiber intake at the same time. This means eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, all of which are rich sources of dietary fiber.
