Your weight loss here can last for as long as you keep taking these pills. Stop taking them and open the door to put on weight rather than weight. However, you can not take them forever So what do you do?
You will get a better short-term and long-term consequences - that you lose weight quickly and see to stay away - if you think differently about how to lose weight in the first place. If you are using your body's ability to burn off those calories instead of storing them as fat then you get longer lasting results you want.
But a sensible diet solution you need is the right attitude and actions, good eating habits (the right foods to eat adequate amounts of proper time), regular exercises ... and maybe a bonus boost combination, as well as some of the natural herbal supplements. There is a sensible diet and long-term solutions out there that will make you lose weight fast, lose it consistently and lose it forever ... if you know where to look.
