Day 1
In day one you have to eat lots of fruits all the day but remember you don't have to eat fruits like which contain starch, potassium and carbohydrates, such as bananas. It is also recommended that you consume 10-12 glass of water whole day.
In breakfast you can have fruits like melon and papaya which will help you to keep your stomach fulfill till lunch. If you still feel hungry then you can have fruits like apple, raisin and orange in mid day meal. In lunch have fruits like watermelon or apple. In dinner you can have fruits like melon, kiwi, and orange.
Day 2
In second day of this diet you have to take lots of vegetable with no restriction. Avoid any type of oil. Have potato in morning as breakfast for energizing your body. Lettuce, cabbage or cucumbers are best for lunch along with water.
For dinner you can eat any type of combination like vegetables from lettuce and broccoli to carrots. Boiled beets are also good but it will make your stomach little heavy.
Day 3
In day 3 now it will easy for followers to continue this diet. You are allowed to eat mix of vegetables and fruits. Start your day with an apple. But if you want to have something heavy then you can have melon too in your breakfast.
In lunch you can have vegetables salad like lots of tomato, lettuce, cucumber etc. You can have same in dinner and also can have boiled vegetables. Dinner may also contains fruits like watermelon to keep you feel full. For mid day meal you can have fruits like orange, kiwi etc.
Day 4
Fourth day is little surprising for follower of gm diet. The foods which were restricted form past days now you can enjoy those foods also. The best way to start your day is have banana with a glass of warm milk.
For lunch have variety of vegetables soup like cabbage, tomato soup. In dinner you can have same with banana shake. If you feel full then you can skip shake in night. Remember to use skim milk instead of full cream milk.
Day 5
In last 5 days protein was not lacking in diet. You can have Brown rice and tomatoes on this day. If you are non vegetarian then you can have beef instead of brown rice. In breakfast you can have brown rice and vegetables soup of your choice.
In lunch you can enjoy fried or baked hamburger along with tomato and lettuce but avoid too much oil because it contains its own fat material. In dinner time you can have vegetable soup along with brown rice or beef.
Day 6
By this day you will start feeling that you lost some pounds of weight. Breakfast can start with mix vegetables followed by lunch having mix vegetables with soup. In lunch you can also have any food made with vegetables and beef.
In dinner you can served yourself with vegetable soup and a hamburger. The soup will light up the senses and give you back lost energy and beef will provide protein needed for your body.
Day 7
Now it's the magical day when you will see lots of weight loss after 6 days and feel light. From breakfast to dinner you have to consume lots of fruits and boiled vegetables.
In breakfast have brown rice which will provide you energy and carbohydrate for whole day. For lunch you can have cooked vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and asparagus. In dinner you can have brown rice or vegetables as per your choice, Midday snacks should consist of fruits like berry, raisin etc.
Now on eight day weigh you and feel the difference.
