“This is another tip that you hear, but I actually tried it and it definitely works. At a moment where you might be tempted to just pound a beer when you walk into a bar, if you just drink a cold glass of water, you’ll parch your thirst. Sometimes you go into a bar and that first sip can be a third of your beer.”
