But here's the fact: Once your BMI nudges past 25, your health risks accelerate. If you're not really buying the BMI argument, then check your waist size: Forty inches or larger is a good indication that it's time to cease the denial.

Just don't go crazy. It's a little sad that I've fallen into the trap of pretty clothes, but frankly those clothes motivate me to keep the weight off. Incentives matter. Whatever drives you, use it.
