Kye Richter, 25, hails from Waterloo, Iowa, and at 6' 1.5" and 165 pounds, he's hopes to go from scrawny to brawny with the help of trainer Craig Ballantyne, C.S.C.S. As a police officer who's one of the skinniest cops on a force of 121 officers, he works 16-plus hours a day, 6 days a week, and has no energy while on duty.
Richter currently has no workout routine, sits in a patrol car for long periods of time, and says he needs help. He's tired of being the small guy in the department, and says it kills his morale and makes him feel worthless. "I need this to get me started, so that I will survive a fight for my life someday," Richter says.
Richter only eats two meals a day, and turns to fast food places like Taco Bell, McDonalds, and Subway every day. "I always eat out and have not cooked at home for about one and half years!" he says. With the transformation program, Richter hopes to improve his diet, build a stronger back, become faster and stronger, and have the endurance to win a fight for his life.
