Bearitos Organic White Corn. A perfect dipper.
* Best Flavored Tortilla Chip
Garden of Eatin' Tamari. Asian zing.
* Most Pleasant Surprise
Stacy's pita chips, Pesto and Sundried Tomato flavor. Light, crisp, half the fat of a potato chip.
* Best Exotic Chip
Terra chips, a mix of taro root, parsnip, and (our fave) sweet potato.
* Best Nationally Distributed Salsa
Old El Paso Garden Pepper; fresh and chunky.
Hot Nacho Dip
* 1 can (15 oz) Hormel Vegetarian Chili with Beans
* 2 c fat-free sour cream
* 1 c chunky salsa
* 1/2 c shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Layer ingredients (in above order) in a casserole dish. Microwave on high until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted.
