Tips To Lose Weight Fast? Remember, Patience Is A Virtue

Many of the questions I get from clients and readers alike are regarding tips to lose weight fast. Now this is a tricky subject, because "quick" is a relevant term-it's all "in the eye of the beholder", as the old saying goes.

You see, weight loss, in order to be successful, has to be a process (and by "successful" I mean you will not get sick in the process and you KEEP the weight off). The TYPE of food you put into your body will determine how successful the diet aspect will be. Fuel your body with lean protein, complex carbs, whole grains, and fresh fruits and veggies-and you will start feeling better from the inside-out.

If, on the other hand you get your calories from highly processed foods, sodas, and other unhealthy sources, not only are you bound to overeat, but you are filling your body with toxins while you are at it. Even your conscience plays a role. Why do you think they call them "GUILTY pleasures"?

Well, because these sugary, fatty foods taste great but you and I both know they take a toll on your waistline. Now this doesn't mean you can never have a piece of grandma's heavenly chocolate chip cookies--it just means don't have the whole batch and definitely don't indulge everyday.
