But while preparing your diet plan you have to be conscious about the level of calories, for example- If you burn 2000 calories a day then you should consume 1500 calories per day.

Start eating 5-6 times a day rather than gnawing 2-3 big meals. This will make you feel less hungry, fasten your body metabolism and will evenly supply you with needed calories.

Protein forms an important part of the diet plan and one should always intake it in an average amount, it comes from egg yolk, nuts, turkey, meat, milk, fish etc. As a part of carbs one may take brown rice, grains, whole wheat bread, oats, leafy vegetables and fruits and instead of bad fat which is present in junk foods, look out for good fat.
