This could also help you to eat healthily and save you money if you grow your own vegetables as well as planting flowers and plants that make your garden look good.

If you have a dog, consider taking it for a walk more often than you usually would. You'll get exercise from walking, your dog will be happy at being out and being able to run around more often and you'll enjoy seeing your dog happy and having fun.

Dancing can be a great way to lose weight, if you enjoy listening to music. Taking a dancing class will be fun, energetic and you'll meet other people with similar musical interests as you.

If you turn your weight loss efforts into hobbies, you'll actually make time to do the activities because you enjoy doing them, and therefore you'll be more likely to do them.
