When Ryan learned that Prevention was looking for busy women to try out Fit in 10: 30-Day Belly Fix, a new program designed to help strengthen and tighten the belly in only 10 minutes a day, she decided to jump onboard. "I thought, 'If I could exercise right in my living room, for only 10 minutes instead of 60, that would be life-changing.' So I decided to give it a try."
"For the first time in 8 years, my stomach is no longer hanging over my pants and I feel confident enough to tuck in my shirt and wear a belt around my waist," she says. "It still shocks me how effective just 10 minutes a day was for me. No matter how busy my day was, I always found a way to fit it in—even if that meant doing it in my pajamas or in my work clothes. My kids would laugh, but I was just happy doing it."
Now Ryan can open her closet and not have to worry that her clothes won't fit. "I have my life back again," she says. "And it feels great."
