This Woman Got Her Flat Pre-Kids Belly Back By Exercising For Just 10 Minutes A Day

After having two kids, Brooke Ryan, 42, just accepted that her body, especially her belly, would never look good in certain clothes. No matter what the busy schoolteacher tried, she always found herself fidgeting and feeling self-conscious in everything she wore. She'd try a new workout or diet program, only to fall off the wagon within a few weeks.

"Like so many other women, my two biggest barriers to regular exercise always seemed to be time and energy," she says. "Working full-time and having my kids involved in many after-school activities meant my life was just too busy. I was desperate to find a fitness program that was sustainable while still giving me results."

"For the first time in 8 years, my stomach is no longer hanging over my pants and I feel confident enough to tuck in my shirt and wear a belt around my waist," she says. "It still shocks me how effective just 10 minutes a day was for me. No matter how busy my day was, I always found a way to fit it in—even if that meant doing it in my pajamas or in my work clothes. My kids would laugh, but I was just happy doing it."
 
Now Ryan can open her closet and not have to worry that her clothes won't fit. "I have my life back again," she says. "And it feels great."
