To avoid this, try to move around as much as possible to boost your metabolism. Walk for at least ten minutes every three hours. This ten-minute walk will not only help you burn calories but will also improve your overall health. You can also take a short walk during your lunch break at work or park your car away from your office to make sure you walk few extra metres. Take the stairs whenever you can to burn those calories.
