It was a pretty busy weekend for me and even though I did read through lots of my RSS feeds I did find lots of interesting stories this morning that I would like to share.
A new study seems to show that all of these loss pills on their own do not help people lose in the long term. I was a little suprosed at just how ineffective the results were but you can see for yourself.
