## Peeling Garlic: A Simple Demonstration

Garlic, a staple in many cuisines, can be a bit tricky to peel. Here's an easy demonstration to learn a quick and efficient technique for peeling garlic cloves.

Step 1: Gather your ingredients and tools.

- Garlic bulb

Step 2: Loosen the skin of the garlic cloves.

- Separate the cloves from the bulb.

- Place the separated cloves on a cutting board.

- Using the flat side of a large knife, gently press down and roll over each garlic clove. Be careful not to crush them. This step helps loosen the skin from the cloves.

Step 3: Remove the loosened skin.

- Once the skin is loosened, use your fingers to pinch and pull off the skin.

- Start from the top and work your way down the clove.

Step 4: Dealing with stubborn skin.

- If there are stubborn skin bits, use the knife to gently scrape them off.

Step 5: Removing the inner green sprout (optional).

- Some cloves may have a small green sprout inside. To remove it, simply pinch the clove's base and gently pull the sprout out.

Step 6: Enjoy peeled garlic!

- Repeat this process for all the cloves.

- Your garlic cloves are now ready to be used in your cooking.
