SOUP-IN-AN-INSTANT
This is not an actual recipe so there is no set ingredient list or carb count. I threw this together on a cold winter day using things that I had on hand. Here is what I did:
I took a microwaveable bowl and put in some diced leftover pork roast. You could use any leftover meat you like (chicken, roast beef or even fish and seafood) and you could also add leftover vegetables, if you have them. I filled the bowl with tap water and microwaved it until the water and ingredients in the bowl were hot. Next, I stirred in about a teaspoon of chicken bouillon (you could use any flavor), a splash of soy sauce, some freeze-dried chives and a little fresh parsley and called it soup. Of course you could add any spices and condiments that suit your fancy. This was simple, yet warm and satisfying and I will make this again. Next time I will try to remember to take a picture.
