KOREAN SPINACH
1 tablespoon oil
9 ounce bag fresh baby spinach
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Dash pepper
1 green onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
In a large skillet, heat the oil. Saut?the spinach and garlic just until the spinach is wilted. Add the remaining ingredients and toss with the spinach to coat, adjust the seasonings. Serve at once.
Makes 4 small servings
