SESAME-ALMOND NAPA SLAW
This is from Dana Carpender's "500 More Low-Carb Recipes" book page 200. To buy Dana's book, go to Hold the Toast. This is very good and goes well with Asian-type dishes. I served it with Coconut Chicken and Chutatip's Peanut Sauce. Dana's carb counts were a bit low. Her book states 2 net carbs per serving and I come up with double that, but the carbs are still very low.
