KOREAN MARINADE
5 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons water
1/4 cup granulated Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon orange extract, optional
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Use to marinate chicken, steak, pork, meatballs etc.
Makes about 3/4 cup marinade
Can be frozen
