DOTTIE'S TACO SEASONING
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons cumin
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Mix well and store in an airtight container.
Makes 24 teaspoons or enough for 5 pounds ground beef

The combination of spices is a bit different than my Seasoning for Tacos recipe, so I gave it a try. It's good, but I like the Seasoning for Tacos recipe better.
