BASIC SEASONING BLEND

BASIC SEASONING BLEND
1/4 cup salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder

Mix everything and store in an airtight container.

Makes 7 tablespoons

Per Teaspoon: 3 Calories; trace Fat; trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; .5g Net Carb

This is my take on Paula Deen's House Seasoning. Hers doesn't have onion powder. I usually double this recipe and store it in a large spice shaker jar.
