TGI FRIDAY'S MANDARIN ORANGE SESAME DRESSING
1/3 cup Polaner sugar free orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons granular Splenda
Put everything in a blender and blend on high speed 30-45 seconds or until emulsified.
Makes about 25 tablespoons
Do not freeze

I came across this copycat recipe online and just happened to have all of the ingredients on hand. The flavor reminds me a little of a peanut butter or tahini dressing but with a hint of orange. I recommend using low sodium soy sauce. I used regular and the dressing is a tad salty for my taste. The counts per tablespoon are the same for granular and liquid Splenda.
