MAYBERRYFAN'S LC HONEY MUSTARD
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
4 teaspoons granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
Mix all ingredients well. You can use this at once but I recommend letting it chill a few hours to allow the flavors to blend.
Makes about 9 tablespoons

This recipe was a hit on the Low Carb Friends forum. Mayberryfan's recipe made four times this much. I didn't know what I'd use that much for so I cut everything down to about 1/4 of the original recipe. To make a smaller batch I had to adjust the amounts a little but Mayberryfan suggested tweaking it to your taste anyway. I admit that I'm not a huge fan of mustard but this has a nice sweet and tangy flavor with just a hint of mustard.
