EASIEST SALMON SAUCE EVER
8 ounce tub cream cheese with chives and onions
1 tubful of water, 8 ounces
Put the cream cheese in a microwaveable dish. Stir in the water. Cook until it just starts to bubble. Add a little pepper; serve over salmon. The sauce seems a little thin when first made, but it does thicken upon cooling.
Makes 4-8 servings
