DINNER PLATE PIZZA
1 ounce mozzarella cheese
6 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 ounce Italian sausage, cooked
1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
1 fresh mushroom, saut閑d
Dash Italian seasoning
Arrange everything on a dinner plate; microwave until the cheese melts and everything is hot.

This was ok for a quick, light meal and is a lot like eating the toppings off a pizza. I think I might put the cheese over the top next time and leave out the sauce. The amount of sauce is so small yet it accounts for most of the carbs. I might as well have more cheese for that carb. I didn't have any mushrooms so I left them out this time. The photos show how it looks before heating and after heating.
