1 cup cooked cabbage
2 eggs
Butter
Salt and pepper
Melt a little butter in a medium skillet. Add the cabbage; stir and cook until hot. Make a well in the center of the cabbage; break in the 2 eggs. Season. When almost done, mix the eggs into the cabbage.
