NACHO TACO
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
1 Roma tomato, chopped
3 batches Quick Nacho Cheese Dip
Toppings of your choice
Brown the ground beef with the onion; drain the fat, if desired. Stir in the taco seasoning. Meanwhile, make the Quick Nacho Cheese Dip. Add the tomatoes and cheese dip to the ground beef and mix well. Serve with your choice of toppings.
SIMPLIFIED METHOD:
After you brown the meat and season it, stir in the salsa and cut up American cheese slices. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted. Stir well to blend everything. You can also add the chopped onion raw at the end, along with the chopped tomato, if you prefer it fresh rather than cooked.

It's kind of a goofy name but I couldn't think of anything else to call it. The counts don't include the optional toppings. You could use this as a dip with pork rinds but like put mine in a bowl and eat it with a spoon. Click the photo to see a close-up.
UPDATE 8/22/15: I've added a simplified method. There is no need to make the cheese dip separately when everything can go right in the pan on the stove. I also corrected a typo. I had forgotten to say when to add the taco seasoning.
