2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup untoasted sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Heat oven to 400? On wax paper, mix the seeds, salt and pepper. Put the soy sauce in a small bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the soy sauce to coat, then dredge in the seeds. Arrange in a baking pan and drizzle with the butter. Bake about 40 minutes until the chicken is done. Baste with the drippings once during cooking time.

This had an OK flavor, but the texture of all those little seeds was a bit odd. Maybe it would have been a little better on boneless breasts. I doubt that I'll make this again. I think shawneesioux suggested grinding the seeds for the coating. I tried that in my mini food processor it was impossible to do. They just sort of flew around and didn't hit the blades. I guess some other sort of grinder is needed to do this.
