2 cups fresh vegetables (peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, and your other favorites, chopped |

2 cups fresh fruit (include apples, raisins, pineapples, and your other favorites.

Directions: | |||

1. | Place the tortilla (one or more) on a cookie or pizza sheet. Spread a thick layer of pizza or pasta sauce over tortilla. | ||
2. | Arrange vegetables or fruit over sauce. | ||
3. | Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of cheese over vegetables or fruit. | ||
4. | Bake in 350 deg. F oven until cheese melts. | ||
5. | Cut into quarters and enjoy |
