4. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks.

5. After 2 weeks, strain the oil into a clean glass jar.

6. Discard the chamomile flowers.

Method 2: Using Fresh Flowers

#### Ingredients:

- 1 cup fresh chamomile flowers

- 16 oz cold-pressed almond oil

#### Instructions:

1. Place the fresh chamomile flowers in a glass jar.

2. Pour the almond oil over the flowers.

3. Stir the mixture well.

4. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks.

5. After 2 weeks, strain the oil into a clean glass jar.

6. Discard the chamomile flowers.

How to Use Chamomile Oil
