BROWNIE BOWL MUFFIN

LIZ'S BROWNIE "BOWL MUFFIN"
1/3 cup Carbquik
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/3 cup vanilla Da Vinci sugar free syrup
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, 3/4 ounce
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped, 1 ounce
2 tablespoons MiniCarb chocolate chips, 1 ounce

Mix all of the ingredients in a 4-cup microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH about 2-3 minutes or until set. Serve warm.

Makes 2 servings
Can be frozen

Per Serving: 327 Calories; 27g Fat; 11g Protein; 25g Carbohydrate; 17g Dietary Fiber; 8g Net Carbs

This is based on a concept created by someone named Nancy LC. I didn't care for this much. It fell apart when I removed it from the bowl. The texture is a bit like a brownie pudding cake, but it's kind of salty and bitter. It might be ok topped with some vanilla ice cream, but the carbs are already very high without it. I won't make this again.
