Ingredients: | |||

6 limes, juiced |
|||
1/2 cup water |
|||
1/4 cup sugar |
|||
4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed |
|||
Directions: | |||
|

1. | In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. | ||
2. | Using a blender or food processor, purée the watermelon. | ||
3. | In a medium sized bowl, stir in the watermelon, sugar-water and lime juice. | ||
4. | Pour mixture into a 11 x 7 baking dish, cover and freeze for about 4-5 hours. | ||
5. | Remove from freezer, let stand for 10 minutes. | ||
6. | Using a fork, scrape entire mixture until crystals are fluffy. Serve in chilled glasses or bowls. |
