How to Safely Reheat Leftovers: Steak, Chicken, Rice, Pizza and More

1. Steak:

- Microwave on high power for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

Always ensure that the internal temperature of the leftovers reaches 165°F (74°C) to kill any harmful bacteria. Use a food thermometer to check the temperature of the food before consuming it. Avoid reheating leftovers more than once to minimize the risk of bacterial growth.
