PEANUT BUTTER FLUFF
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup Walden Farms marshmallow dip
With a spoon, blend both ingredients in a small bowl until well combined and fluffy.

For those who like to snack on peanut butter, this is a good way to cut the carbs and calories and still enjoy a tasty snack. The Walden Farms marshmallow dip tastes pretty bad on its own but when you mix it with peanut butter all you taste is the peanut butter and the marshmallow makes it all light and fluffy. The marshmallow dip cuts the carbs, calories and fat in the peanut butter by half. I think this might also make a good peanut butter frosting for a low carb cake or a filling between two low carb cookies. Make sure to use the measurements given. I found that if I used more peanut butter, it turned dry and crumbly. If you use less peanut butter you might start to taste the marshmallow dip which has a very odd flavor.
