CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
4 ounces MiniCarb chocolate chips, 2/3 cup
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons natural or sugar free peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda, optional
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
12 peanut halves, optional
12 paper candy cups
Melt all of the ingredients in the microwave and stir until blended and smooth. Pour into candy cups then chill until set.
Makes 12 peanut butter cups
Can be frozen

I like these, but I think that peanut butter goes better with milk chocolate. I added the peanuts on top so that I could tell them apart from my other candies. I used Carb Options sugar free peanut butter.
