TORTILLA CHIPS
1 Sherrielee's Tortilla Wrap
Cut the tortilla wrap into about 6 wedges. Place on a microwave-safe dinner plate and microwave on HIGH about 1 minute, until golden brown and crisp. You may need to rearrange the chips for more even browning and add more time in 10-15 second increments or so at a time. Watch closely so they don't burn, although they do taste good when quite brown.

I had to think of something to do with my less than perfect tortilla experiments and came up with these. These do not taste like regular tortilla chips, but do make a nice, crunchy chip-like snack. They might be good with different seasonings as well or omit the herbs and spices and make a sweet cinnamon flavor. The carb count is based on getting about 9 tortillas from one batch of batter. You may need to adjust that according to how many your batch made.
